Adoption Application
Please fill out the form below as an application to meet/adopt one of our rescue dogs. The info included will help us to find the dog that is your best match.
The adoption donation includes a general vet exam, spay/neuter surgery, heartworm testing and/or treatment (as necessary), shots, microchip, and worming. Experienced dog ownership and credible vet references are required in order to adopt from HER.
